Inclusion of a poster or image of your current or forthcoming show in a forthcoming TRAIL video.
Each TRAIL video will be uploaded to our “TheatresOff” YouTube channel and an eshot will be sent to our subscriber list (currently 8K+) and the TRAIL video will be promoted via social media, especially via twitter (currently around 20K followers).

To help you complete the above form, we have prepared these guidance notes:
WHEN WILL MY POSTER BE PROMOTED?
You can choose for your poster (& key info) to be included in the next TRAIL video to be annpunced via an eshot and available online, or you can make a request for a date in the future, and we will do our best to send a TRAIL video on a date as close as possible to your request.
CAN I CHOOSE THE POSITION WHERE MY POSTER WILL APPEAR?
No – this will depend on the number of clips and other poster bookings – but it won’t be the very start or the very end.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY POSTER?
Please note that we must receive your poster at least 3 working days in advance of the date when the TRAIL video will be made available online (and the eshot sent and twitter announcement made).
WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MY POSTER?
Posters or images should be landscape and in 16:9 or “widescreen” format, and should be uploaded as part of the form you complete when making a booking. When booking, you will be asked to supply relevant information about the show / producer / dates / etc – and we will include all the key information as a title card after your poster in a standard format.
